Reminder To The Fortunate

REMINDER TO THE FORTUNATE

Let us save our faith.

Let us live in peace,

Giving a graceful place,

For our children to agree.

It is sometimes hard to see

That time moves onward.

The world grows freer still.

Can you hear the cry?

Can you feel the sign?

Everyone on the planet has a piece of mind,

That everyone else is a bit kinder than,

Images which countries boast,

With violent vows, countless demands,

In a search for integrity which no one commands.

But all need listen to hear that cry,

And all must open to feel that sign.

Listen to the rumble in father time’s stomach,

He has a hunger for change.

Time to feed the need and stop the plummet,

Caring for those lost in global rearrange.

It started with war’s cry of death

To defend ideologies without relent,

That now we know do not work,

Had we listened to avoid berserk?

Levels of concern that need not be reached,

While starvation stalks our streets.

The cry has changed from death to its peer:

The hopelessness that death is all there is left

To a rearrange that has put us here.

Now, can you hear the cry of the wild?

Weeping from clouded mountains like a child,

Oceans turn over in restless pollutants

And irritate up through the ground,

Come deadly chemical construements

Supposed to make life more sound?

Look into the eyes of Mother Nature,

Does she not cry?

High up in the mountains

But dry in the throat of the plains,

Lets not forsake her in our global rearrange.

Open your heart to release what’s been caught,

For a rearrange is due.

This time to include everyone

Who wishes to participate

In the worldly disclosure

Of our collective fates.

It is slow, but we must not relent.

The earth must be nursed,

Perhaps many need repent.

Our main concern is from here forward,

To reclaim our children and relinquish their burden.

Around the world are problems persisting

While an abundance of resources lie dormant.

Can we not be more open to giving?

Resolving the chaos into restoring

Order in the highest degree,

When we all live equally free.

Can you feel that sign of depression in many?

Could you hear the sigh of oppression being relinquished?

Stop and open the pathways to freedom,

For all to rejoice in these feelings.

Can you not begin to feel what I say?

That the lethargic doomed road to decay

Is not at all what was had in mind

When we all redefine humankind.

Let us save our faith.

Let us live in peace,

Giving a graceful place,

For our children to agree.
